Important: All payments are final and non-refundable. Infrastructure costs (AI processing, video storage, transcription services) are incurred immediately upon subscription activation and video processing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time.

You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Analysis, feedback, and suggestions generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes only. You may use this output for your personal or commercial purposes, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated recommendations.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated analysis is not guaranteed to be accurate or lead to improved video performance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralIQ, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
